Dr. Megan Nason is an educational and organizational leadership consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting schools, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations. Her background spans roles as a general education teacher, special education teacher and administrator at various levels, giving her a deep, practical understanding of leadership at every level of an organization.

She holds a Doctorate in Leadership, with research focused on adult learning theory, leadership development, and sustainable professional growth. Her work explores how adults learn, implement change, and sustain effective practices over time, insights that directly inform her approach to leadership coaching, professional development, and organizational systems improvement.

Today, Dr. Nason partners with aspiring leaders and current organizational leaders to strengthen workplace culture, align systems, and lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
